 I cant lose weight. =( a whole 9 months and NOTHING but weight gain?

I stopped drinking soda, I cut out everything white, no sugars, no white breads and such. I started eating salads with absolutely NO dressing on it. I drink so much water, I think I may drown soon. My diet consists of fruits, veggies, whole grains. No candy, no brownies, no cookies, no cakes. Grilled Chicken with fruit for dinner, about 1/2 cup of plain jane oatmeal and a banana for breakfast, Lunch is salad, lettuce, carrots, sunflower seeds, cucumbers and maybe two croutons. Snacks, are mostly a few pieces of fruit, or a handful of nuts.

I excersize for about an hour 6 days a week.

And yet, I've gained 20lbs in the last 9 months? I'm not pregnant, I dont have thyroid issues, I've been tested for a few other things as well. I refuse to get surgery. wtf man. I'm done. I give up. I want my soda and cake back.

I weigh myself naked every Tuesday morning. and every week it creeps up higher and higher. I'm done. I will just be fat and ugly for the rest of my life!

When was your last thyroid test?
With that diet and exercise you should be losing not gaining. Hmmm.

Exercise first thing in the morning before you eat. It burns the fat and only fat !

If you're losing fat, but gaining muscle, you'll weigh more. Have you dropped inches at all? Do you feel healthier?

Have you been measuring inches?  You could be gaining muscle weight.  They say it is bad to have a scale in your home.

 yes I've gained 7 inches in the last year and thats just in my belly area.

Something must be wrong. Are you using a journal or nutrition tracker? How about hormonal birth control?
