Acting is NOT cheating!

If you, or your spouse, has to kiss another person because of a part they are playing in a performance, that does not qualify as cheating. It is acting! They are performing a role in a play!

How hard is that to understand?

If that were true, no actors would be married or be in relationships

I understand that, but if the other spouse has a problem with it, it shouldn't be fluffed off or ignored.

I disagree. It isn't just a blanket statement. I couldn't marry an actor because in my mind it is. If the other person is uncumfortable I think it is.

I understand. I can't believe how ridiculous some people are. If my spouse were upset because I had to kiss someone in a production...oh geez. He'd never be upset because he's a GROWN UP. Lol.

This. I never said it was cheating, but if your spouse has such an issue with it, I would take their feelings into consideration and not do it. A play isn't worth hurting my DH.

I wasn't really reading that anyone thought differently, they just wondered why there was no communication between the husband and wife.
