I am 37 and pregnant with my 5th. I had a little spotting early on just like many women do.  Also, I had some cramping and round ligament pains which happen to many as well.  Those things in themselves do not make someone high risk.

Anything is possible . She should probably go to the ER at the very least to make sure everything is okay

Apparently the same thing was happening with my mom when she was going into labor with me. She thought it was nothing too...then about 2 hours later she was bleeding all over the floor, she was rushed to the hospital and delivered me emergency c-section. I don't know much about pregnancy, but I'd say that's a concern and she should get it checked out.

Wait a min your mom is 37 with her 6th. That means she was 11 when she had you right???

Being closer to 40, her chances of high risk are better than someone 25. It could just be stress on her body
Not knocking older mothers, my mom was 35 when she had me. Just stating the facts. If she qualifies for state medical, most states retro it to the first of the month. She needs to be checked right away

If the OP is 21 like it states on her profile and it is her biomom, that would not have made her 11...lol.  I am 37 and have a 19 year old son that I had at 18.

She will prob be high risk because of her age. How old was she when she had you?

if she is going to miscarry it is going to go from spotting to flooding. with her age they consider her high risk because of a higher chance of downs. anyone over 35 is considered high risk.
