well i checked my bank account today. and my tax refund was there.

It was probably just your STATE refund, not federal. Spend away :)

Could it have been your state refund?? Or did you go to a tax place and get a loan? Thr irs has accepted some returns (mine included) but not cutting checks. So the money definitely is NOT from the irs. Its either from your state or your tax preparers loan service??

 No, I wouldn't spend it, just in case. Better to keep it untouched in a savings account accruing interest until you know you're in the clear than to spend it, find out the IRS wants it back, and not have it.

Just checked my account and my refund is not there :( mine was accepted already too
