My best friend has a low bp 86/59 her pulse is 175 ish. Temp 104. Her WBC is way low and her pre cell count is through the roof! Anyone actually a nurse that may know what's going on? She's waiting on test results. I'm not going to share any negative comments because she is already scared to death. And I am very worried about her too

Not a doctor. I do, however, sincerely hope she is in an ER

Take her to the ER.  What is a "pre cell count"?

They will not even attempt to tell you whats wrong over the net with that info. Just wait on the dr.
