I want to know where is the healthcare we were all promised under the whole Omabacare drama??  Why do we still have terribly ill people in this country with no coverage?  Was that topic of conversation just something else to get everyone all ralied up, or do we actually get to take advantage of that??

It won't cost everyone something. Under Obamacare, the limits on state funded healthcare will be raised so that more people qualify to be insured, for free.

Secondly Obamacare doesnt provide insurance. Its just a fee if you DONT have insurance. The states however, now offer insurance that cannot deny you if you are ill. But it cost money

Only if the state chooses to opt in.  So far, I think it's 14 states that have chosen to NOT expand Medicaid.

The plan is to expand medicaid, so that more people would be eligible for it. You may be one of those people. If not, you will be given a subsidy to help pay for your insurance. If you don't qualify for that, then you have been deemed able to afford your own insurance for yourself and family.

so what happens if I cant afford it?

If you can't afford it they charge you anyway, also more and more employers refuse to have full time staff so they don't have to deal with offering insurance

He didnt dupe me into believing anything!  I dont trust what any of them fools say!

2014.  And those people will still be expected to pay for it.....along with everyone else.

Besides that, the Congressional Budget Office has already stated it will not benefit nearly as many people as Obama duped you into believing.

you understand the people that are really without health care are people that are just above poverty (welfare) and the middle class that own small businesses. Sure, some of the people JUST above poverty (welfare) will get insurance (extended to their income level) but not the people in the MIDDLE CLASS range which they are the other HALF without insurance.

Insurance will not be AVAILABLE for the middle class range and it will NOT be affordable. There will still be a large number of people WITHOUT health care insurance after OBAMACARE.

This is called REALITY

I was told that it will go in effect this year in June or July. It also goes according to your income how much you would have to pay. If you get your taxes prepared by H&R, they have a printout at the end of how much it will cost you.

Scammed how?  you think employer-provided health insurance is free?  If it doesn't come out of you pay, your employer is paying for it.

You paying for your insurance does nothing more than make you equal... and you'll probably have better care than at least half or the people buying insurance through their employers.

crap... scammed again ugh

Quoting thetrollcat:

you understand you have to pay for it right? Its not free.
