why is "boy and girl siblings" sharing a room "illegal"?
Can anyone tell me, bc in the post about the woman's children who are sharing a room and they are boy and girl, i saw some women saying its illegal and "wrong".
They are siblings..whats the difference?

I would just never personally put my dd and ds in the same room.

They're just too lazy to read. Making blanket statements is MUCH more easier!
its not illegal in most states, however, if CPS is already involved and you have older kids (like over 8)... they CAN make it a stipulation of dealing with CPS.
I'm well awareof the rules, because my DH is a painter & has a contract through the HUD housing programs. He is called in to re-paint everytime another family gets evicted for not following rules like these. :/
People are too caught up in the bad side of things... they can, at times, think everything from changing a diaper to nursing, same gender siblings to opposite gender siblings sharing a room, or parents giving baby a bath or taking a bath with children is "bad" and "wrong".
Things are only bad and wrong if bad/wrong things are happening... completely NATURAL (non-sexual, non-bad) things taking place are not bad or wrong.
I don't think it is illegal anywhere, I don't know for sure, but I don't think it is... just in peoples heads probably.
Quoting Anonymous:It's not illegal but CPS looks down on it and can make you separate them.
typical response.

Bring in the petty grammar nazis! Because you have NOTHING better to say. LULZ.

It is not illegal. I do not think it is wrong. They are siblings big freaking deal. Not every thing is sexual.
