Crap! I'm late and...

...DH had a vasectomy a year ago. I'm over a week late but didn't think too much of it until I woke up feeling queasy this morning. DH had his 6 month check and was swimmer free. Going to test this evening but has anyone else gotten pregnant after a vasectomy? How did DH/SO react? We've joked about it and he said he'd want a paternity test but I'll be pissed if he really does question my fidelity. I havent been with anyone else but man if I am pregnant it'll be awkward telling friends and family since they know he's snipped.

As far as he knows, he is unable to have kids.

My dh had a vasectomy 5 years ago. No pregnancy for us. If I did end up pregnant I would have a paternity test done to ease dh's mind.

If my DH were snipped & I got pregnant I would let him get a test done, I would be hurt by him asking for one.. But I'd rather calm his fears right away, then for him to believe I had cheated. Good luck to you!

Why would you be hurt by him questioning your fidelity? If someone gets snipped and is told they're swimmer free, anyone in their right mind would question it. I would say it's unlikely though if he's swimmer free.

 I guess initially I could understand him being all wtf, but he knows me better than that. Or he should. Plus I stay home with our kids all day. All my college classes are online. When I go out with friends it's always a playdate. It would be hurtful if he didn't trust me.
