I am constantly cleaning up something up on a daily basis.  The regular weekly cleaning takes me about 2-3 hours.  Not really that long.

If I'm not sick, about 2 1/2 hours

Uhm, it depends on how much laundry I have to do.

Usually top to bottom, spring clean type stuff about 3 hours.

I do light cleaning throughout the week (pick up toys, wipe counters, sweep, run the vacuum, etc) but on Friday mornings we clean the entire house and it takes 3-4 hrs. I have four little boys that I am "instructing" on their chores the whole time, so it takes awhile.

I clean for an hour every morning and continually pick up and clean up during the day. Sundays I do a deep clean and it takes me about 3 hours.

Most of the day. I "clean" once a week. I work Mon-Fri so the house gets picked up during the week but not cleaned. I get up early on Sunday morning when DH leaves for work and I go crazy.

Honestly it depends.  Sometimes I keep up with it and it takes me about an hour a day.  Sometimes I will go a few days without cleaning and just do a little picking up, washing dishes and wash a load or 2 of laundry, those times it takes me about 2-3 hrs to get caught back up.
