Half of my wife's face is really swollen so we are at the ER. Please pray it isn't mumps.
UPDATE: Thank you everyone. They have no clue what it is. They are not sure if it is viral or bacterial. They gave her Percocet for pain, steroids for swelling, and antibiotics just in case it is bacterial. She cannot go back to work until Saturday. If it gets worse she has to go straight to the ER. Right now she is high as a kite on the Percocet and it is funny. I will update again when there is more news.
UPDATE 2: Her swelling has moved from right by the ear down to the throat lyphnode. It is a little difficult to swallow but she is doing ok. She feels miserable, is sick to her stomach yet starving, and is slightly out of it. But she is managing. She is basically homebound too due to the meds she is on. If she wants to go out I have to drive her. So she has been sitting on the computer basically all day playing WoW.
