Have you or do you know anyone who has hidden a pregnancy?

So i was reading the post about women faking pregnancies but i was wondering if you ladies know anyone or if you have hidden a pregnancy? Why? How?

My sister with her first. His it til a week before giving birth. She was ashamed and scared I guess. I was SHOCKED!!

She had kept asking me if I was pregnant from my first trimester, it wasn't until she found an ultrasound that she was sure.
She never found out I was raped, she died when my daughter was 3 and I never told her the truth.

I hid  my last pregnancy til I was almost 8 months pregnant from some kids I worked with. With my pregnancies I never really show until around that time and I didn't feel that it was appropriate to say hey kids, guess what! I'm pregnant. It wasn't hard for me to hide because I worked in a hospital setting and just wore scrubs. I tried to hide it from my friends a little longer than I did, but my daughter thought people should know a little sooner. I had a miscarriage before my last pregnancy and didn't want to go through all of that emotional stuff with everyone if it were to happen again.

No I didn't hide or lie about it, but I didn't shout it to the four winds either. I'm a hefty person already so no one could tell I was pregnant unless I made an obvious show of it.

A friend of mines sister hid her entire second pregnancy from her family. Her family stressed her out so bad with her 1st one she didnt want to go through that again. She is a fairly good size woman so hiding it was no problem. She told me and swore me to keep the secret. Her family was pissed that she hid it from them but knowing how her family is i dont blame her.

I didnt hid mine per say, most of my family knew when i knew. When i was pregnant with ds i finally told my dad i was due in april(i call him in feb lol) but i only told him that late because we dont talk but maybe 2-3 in a year. He was one of the 1st ones to know about dd. He met my SO for the first time after id been with him 2 years. He has very little to do with my kids. They dont know who grandpa is which is sad but its his choice

No I don't think they would they only make 1 of 2 car payments bcz we have 1 yr left ($6,000) on the 4-runner and they don't want us to loose it. We are able to afford everything else. When u go from make 4-6,000 a month with 2 incomes down to 1 income 1800-2000 a month it's a big change we downgraded phones and cut back on food and everything we can possibly do. I have 2 pairs of jeans 2 pajama pants and 6 shirts 1 bra and about 10 undies. I don't buy myself stuff anymore I gained 30 lbs since moving. I was used to going to a gym 5 times a week and eating organic and healthy food which I realized is too expensive with the income we have. We feel bad and feel like we took advantage and we r afraid to let his parents down. We just found out today we will be moving to a place in town an not in the country so we will save on gas! I will get to do laundry at home instead of driving 20 min to my moms!!! Yay!!!

Yes we are hiding this pregnancy from my in laws bcz we just moved cross country and finances are tight and they are helping us financially still until we get more on our feet. We moved from his family to mine long story why. We didn't mean to get preg but here we are and feel blesse we will tell them once we know if its a boy or girl.

We also tried hiding out last pregnancy too bcz we were living with them they wanted us to get out if debt instead if moving out even though we both worked and could afford it. But they found out bcz I worked with his aunt and uncle and work had to know bcz I couldn't work on my machine so his aunt and uncle decided to tell them instead of letting us tell them!

I did, because I was afraid that they'd guilt me into keeping him even though I couldn't handle it. But in my case it wasn't hard most of my family out of state.
