If he has already been declared the father by the court could he still ask for a test?

Was he declared as the father by his actions, meaning he's acted as the father?

I don't know your State's statute on this.  But He may have the right to petition the court  to have you submit the child for a DNA test.

Yes, he can...especially if he's ordered to pay child support.

Can you please elaborate on what you mean... "been declared...." Im not sure how it works, but I would think he has the option.

That's what I'm asking when he was served he never sent anything back asking for a test so they declared him the father since he didn't show for court

When he was served with papers for child support court he didn't bother to show up or respond so they asked me if I was sure he was the father and the declared him the father
