I dont know if people will remember me. I posted a while back about being groundd for 2 years., having all my posessions taken away and being segregated from the rest of the family and my window blacked out.
Anyhow, on the advice of a few moms here I went to a therapist today. So um, thanks.

I remember your post and I am really happy that you saw a therapist. Sometimes taking that first step is hard. I hope that it is a place that you will not only learn coping skills and ways to let go of the past, but is also a safe place to vent. Hopefully, you will find peace and happiness. :)
