Just wanted to update you guys. A friend of ours put the brake pads on and thankfully it didn't need rotors. That was less than 50 bucks. Yesterday my boyfriend was cleaning out the car and he decided to pop the door panel off and everything was disconnected!! So you connect to things together and bam, windows work! So I got both things fixed over the weekend for less than 50 bucks. Whoo hoo!!!!!!
it could be the motors but it is usually one or the other that goes. each window has a different motor my sil an mils both have had to be changed out on atleast one of thier windows. an the mirrors have different motors too.. I would assume wireing. just keep an eye out becuase wiring can can catch fire. Our explorer did to the owner who had it before us, we never had aproblem because it got it fixed. But I would call around and find a place that gives free check outs of cars with out doing any work till you tell them its ok. Alot of places around her do that. Good luck though.

the windows an stuff sounds electrical. SO I would becarefull it could be something as simple as a fuse or something dangerous. But I would just becarefull.
