What car insurance do u have?

Dh and I jut got Nationwide tonight. We've had geico (for 3 years) and Progressive (2 months lol). I liked Geico. But, had a few issues w/ them when we had our accident 2 years ago (it was minor w/ no damage to the other vehicle). And Progressive.. OMG! Rediculous! HATE their snapshot crap. It's BS. I think there is a sensitivity to newer cars cuz I know I don't drive any different in my Camry VS my Escort and my Camry had a horrible review. My Escort was pretty good. I call BS. I'm sending them back and am very happy to have Nationwide now.

Just curious who u have and if u like them?

Auto Owners. Not sure if its just a MI company though. Dhs aunt is an insurance agent so she finds us the cheapest good insurance.

Had Safeco and loved them, but they wanted too much to add my son to the policy. I have State Farm and have been very pleased.

Progressive.
We don't use snap shot tho. We live in gravel roads in the boonies and it would NOT come back good lol!

Anyways. We need to change. We loved them, cheap no issues then DH totaled our car and they boosted up our new vehicle + accident by $100. We now pay $230 for a Yukon XL and a impala. Makes me cringe.

I have Erie for auto and home owner's insurance.  They have fantastic rates, but they aren't available in every state.  They handle claims quickly and efficiently, really going above and beyond what is expected.

We recently had a toilet tank break and overflow in a second floor bath.  Water came out through my formal dining room chandelaire.   They replaced the entire hardwood floor on the first floor because it got wet and one small area puckered.  They were afraid they couldn't match the color so they laid down a new floor.  They also paid $8,000 for the oriental rugs in the living room and dining room to be hand cleaned by persian rug experts because they got wet.  No complaints at all.

We have State Farm and we love them. I was suspicious of that snapshot thing anyway. It seemed like a way to raise your rate to me. Do they raise your rate if they decide you are an "unsafe driver", or do they deny you coverage?

No. They just lower it if u drive good. But it's all based on how u break I guess. It's stupid.
