Gone Vegan...

For the last two weeks I've gone vegan. I now can't stop shitting! Its not like I changed my diet tooooo much; I've always eaten tons of fruits, veggies and grains, but I've obviously taken the meat out and have since added a ton more nuts, beans and legumes.
Sure, I love that I feel a tad lighter, and my stomach now has a flat look; however, I constantly have the bubble guts! For the last two weeks my insides just feel like they're full of air and shit and I can never seem to get it all out.
I'm just wondering if there are any other vegans out there who can tell me if this is going to pass, or if I should be doing something different.

Your bowels are changing bc now it doesn't have the dairy/meat to block you up. Your diet *is* different by a lot. Dairy impacts your digestive system so much. I have a movement at least 3 times a day. Its not runny or whatever.
