So sometimes dh leaves his work email open on the homecomputer. I get on this morning, go to close it out and see him emailing one of the male assistants talking about one of the female assistants and "her nips."

Oh I will! I mean luckily (i guess) there is only the one other man in the office other than the other managers. But they are ALL like that. It really disgusts me that i would be married to a man like that, i thought he was better than that and respected women! so damn mad and sad all at the same time.
