If you have questions re: offsets you can call 1 (800) 304-3107 and the automated system will inform you if and what your offset is for and who to contact.

Only if you know his social.

And have his written consent the system warns

You can stop it if you pay off the loan in full.

 Im not sure....when I check my refund status it says Tax Subject 203 and underneath something about CS and student loans and debts underneath where it tells me my refund will be deposited on the 5th

I have no idea what that means????

No, if you are married and in a community property state you can file injured/innocent spouse and potentially get a portion back in about 11 weeks.

Call that number and it will tell you who it was offset by and how much was taken.

Mine was from where i didn't pay my state tax last yr.. they deducted it out and deposited my refund this am
