If your daughter wanted to drop out of high school because she wants to be a stay at home mom what would you say?

She wants to work a fast food job until she gets married then be a sahm. a degree isn't needed to become a sahm!

Interesting because SAHM are highly regarded here. I do have a degree and I am a SAHM, I am just curious! Not ment to be rude or anything (:

I am not going to force my daughter into college, but she will get a high school diploma.

Who would support her during this time?

I would say no, it's important to finish high school. You never know what you may want once the kids are in school full time our move out.

I think you are being a little judgemental here. I am a SAHM and I have a degree. To answer your question though, no, it would not be okay for any of my children to drop out of school for any reason.

Nope, I would take care of baby while she got an education. No way I would set my child and grandchild up for failure.

No

For a while, my daughter wanted to be a SAHM after she got married and had kids, but she was stillplanningon colege.  Thankfully she has changed her mind.
