Am I the only one who NEEDS their man?

I was chit chatting on another post about my dependency or need for my bf, that he is why my life is so amazing. He brings out the best in me, he is the reason I'm a better person. He saved me basically, I was going down a horrible path. because he didn't put up with my lies or being a drunk, he didn't let me play head games or mess around on him. I had never had someone love me so much that if i cheated on them would actually care. Sssoooo thoughts....

I don't need my husband. I choose him. I want him.

I don't own him, so he isn't my man.  But, I don't NEED him either.

I survived before I met him, and, knock on wood, if something happens to him, I'll be able to survive again.

If I didn't 'need' my husband, we wouldn't have gotten married :)

I don't need anyone but my kids. I chose my husband. He chose me. We don't NEED each other.

I don't need him in the sense you're talking about. He doesn't make me who I am. I do that. I need him like I need coffee and chocolate.

We all need different people at different times in our lives. Sounds like you found someone that makes you want to be a better person, that's not a bad thing. It's only bad if you would revert back to your old self if he was gone for some reason.

I'm w everyone else. I CHOSE my bf. If we were to break up, I would pick up the pieces and go on. I don't NEED anyone other than my children.

I think that you need to depend on yourself for your own happiness. Emotional dependency on another person is dangerous.

I call my husband my 'heart's blood'.

I need him like I need oxygen. I was almost 30 years to find him, and it was well worth it.
