i have a order of protection and he violated it once and was arrested ,violated twice but hadnt been served the first time.
He spent 4 days in jail and it out now. My friend txt me a pic of me and him and i was like wth is that?? He updated his fb 19hrs ago and his cover photo is a picture of me and him from yrs ago.
Can I report this for something or is it a lost cause?

not really, if it's a picture you gave him a copy of or that he or a friend took, then you can't get it pulled under copyright infringement.  and it doesn't violate the order of protection if he wasn't in direct contact with you, does it?  I'd read that pretty carefully, I think he's found a way to fuck with you still where your hands are tied to do anything about it but ignore that he exists.
