Could of this caused me to lose my baby?

at 19 weeks pregnant I did a handstand and at 21 weeks delivered my baby sleeping. Could I have caused it?

You didn't cause your miscarraige.  Sometimes these things just happen.  Don't feel guilty about it.  It wasn't your fault.

 They cant give me reason why I loss her. I keep trying to find one and this seems like its possible

No a handstand would not of caused a miscarriage.  I am very sorry for your loss.

They are called "spontaneous abortions" for a reason. The reason being they are spontaneous. Sometimes there is something "wrong" but sometimes it just happens.
