They think it is ok to cuss up a storm, dress like hookers at events that you should be dressed in proper attire, dont hold doors for a person behind them and this is just the tip of the iceberg. What the hell has happend to society?

Well then I'm the minority. I hold the door for everyone, well-mannered, my clothes properly fit me because I'd rather not embarrass myself and my family...AND I sware only if I'm livid :)

I think that you'll find this kind of attitude in lots of places, not just in America.

My question is what happened to your grammar, you should probably take care of that before calling others out.

I swear when around my close friends and SO.. i used to go bar hoping dressed like a hooker when i was younger and had the body for it. I always hold the door open for people .. unless they pissed me off.

I swear like a sailor, but other than that I'm polite and dress appropriately.

American's are viewed as loud, rude, fat, trashy, and shallow over most of the world because we have a subset that make us all look bad.  It's rather sad to be judged by the lowest common denominator.

Their parents are to blame for not teaching them this. Think about it.
