I always do. I put on a sports bra when I'm home so I have no excuse for not going to the gym.

if I can help it no. but once im up and dressed for going out for the day, I don't get undressed unless I know im in for the day, which isn't often.
ANd to clarify I do NOT leave my home without a bra on, I wont even take out teh trash without a bra on, I could probably get arrested, or hurt someone.
