i put on a real bra as soon as i wake up, take it iff when i go to bed.

Surprisngly, bras break down the muscles that hold up our breasts due to the fact bras hold them up! Our muscles aren't toned when we wear bras. Wearing bras is actually bad for breast health.

I wear one always. Well, aside from showering. I'm just so uncomfortable without one. I'd love small perky boobs that needed no bra.
