can you make brownies with just one egg?

recipe calls for two.. what happens if i only use one? will it work?

I dunno, use mayo in place of eggs. 1 tbl spoon per egg it calls for. They come out super fudgey.

 I have brownie recipes that don't call for the use of any eggs. Vegan brownies!

You can add 1/4 C applesauce + 1 tsp. baking powder in place of it.

Add 1/4 cup of applesauce in place of the missing egg.

They will be fudge like brownies instead of cake like but you can do it. :)

yes,, they are more chewy as opposed to cakey
