My husband and I do.
I honestly would sleep so much better at night knowing that my daughter isn't going to get pregnant.
Do you ever hope your kid is gay?

Yes but because that means one less child to be disowned by family over something they cannot control.

DH and I have joked that it would save us some money for a wedding! But by then, hopefully, gay marriage will be legal. At least we could split the cost! :)

of course...us too:) But knowing that she and her girlfriend were possibly making out in a car somewhere puts me much more at ease than thinking about her and a boy.

No, that's kind of weird. I wouldn't care either way. The same way I don't "hope" they're heterosexual. It's just not important enough to us to worry/care about.
