i have done that. You don't know pain til you seize and walk head first into a truck.. or until you can 't poop for days at a time with out medical intervention bc your colon isn't aligned properly. I Empathize with you wholeheartedly. But I have felt whores since those day.

Nah. You don't know real pain till you have to poop after a hemorrhoidectomy.
Just grit your teeth and keep telling yourself, "this too shall pass".
