Lol jk. Does anyone have a GOOD homemade french fry recipe? One that doesn't result in soggy fries? I've googled a few recipes but they are all REALLY time consuming or still end up soggy. :( so and tried and true french fry recipes???

I just simply wash the potato, cut it up and fry it in vegetable oil. not healthy but still yummy

Leave them in until they float and are golden, then put them on a cookie sheet, shake with salt and pop in the oven for 5 mins.
