Im leaving dh this week. Im starting school in march. I have been a sahm for the last 5 years. Dh has told me he doesn't want me to work. So on top of child support im asking for him to pay my gym membership, pay for my school books, help pay whatever grants and loans wont pay. The direct tv is in my name and so is the cell phones. So im turning the direct tv off next saturday and his cell phone. My heighbor said she will testify against him about him cheating. She saw him and the skank a couple of times.

He has agreed to. He is signing me up on Wednesday but doesnt know im leaving. I found out today that he is stll seeing her even though he told the counselor and me he hasent seen or talked to her

He might not have wanted you to work while you were married. Why would he care one way or another if you two are no longer together? Personally, I don't think he should pay for anything but cs. You're leaving him because you don't want anything more to do with him so then why do you feel he should still support you? How would you feel if you had to go to work to support him? Take care of yourself. Your demands are childish.

He is agreeing to it under different circumstances.
If you're cutting his phone off, don't have him sign you up for the gym membership, cause he's not going to continue to pay it.
