Candy, gum? I would leave or ask someone to bring me food. Keep some candy or snacks at your desk next time.

Orange juice, candy, chocolate...basically anything that can get some sugar into your blood stream fast. I know when I worked in nursing homes they would always have our residents' with low blood sugar to drink orange juice or to at least eat an orange.

Do you have a coffee machine?  You might find some packets of sugar there.  I have the same thing and have had to resort to that.

Do people have their own offices/desks there?  I'd be going through their drawers looking for food.  It could become a medical emergency.

If you don't have anything to eat then there really aren't any other options. I would think someone who's hypoglycemic would always carry something with them with the knowledge that this can happen often....
