I think things like this come naturally. So if he is having a hard time maybe its not for you two.

Tell him that he needs to step it up and explain to him your demands and what you expect from him. Haha maybe you should be the Dom. Or maybe his way of being a Dom is allowing you to have off during the day. Why question your Dom? That will get you spanked.

Sorry to hear that

Maybe look into a boot camp? Google it. Could you send the kids to grandparents for a weekend? If you look on some of the domestic discipline pages they will explain boot camp

Maybe that will get y'all going in the right direction?
