Be worried. He says he is hungry everyday, quite often. He is four.

Healthy snacks between meals and/or water. That's what I do.

I would not be worried.  I would assume that his body is gearing up for a growth spurt.  I would do my best to teach him about healthy eating choices so that he's not filling up with crap, but getting plenty of protein, fiber, and healthy fats.

Children's stomachs are small, but children expend a lot of energy.. So as long as he's is finishing breakfast, lunch and dinner within reason, small snacks in between (healthy snacks) won't hurt. If you do this and he still complains check with your doctor.

There is a disease where the person never feels full. By the time they are teenagers they can be 500-600lbs. I'd have a doctor check it out.
