What are phrases you hate

Posted by Anonymous   + Show Post
It occurred to me today that 2 phrases I hate are

1. Stating a women spreads her legs. It just sounds gross

2. The word trash or trashy. It's just so over used on this site

Just wanted to share. Carry on. Feel free to add phrases you hate

Also and luckily I don't have to hear this one much but wat it do and wat it do all day

I don't even know what that means but some people I'm friends with on facebook say it all the time.

I agree with you on the preggers/ prego. I hate that. I'm pregnant right now and my dh has been calling me prego. I told him I wasn't sauce and to stop.

Quoting Anonymous:

"To each their own"

"Everything happens for a reason" (WRONG)

ETA: preggers! I can't fucking stand when women say they are preggers or prego.

Omfg, you're pregnant, not a pasta sauce.

Way too many!!!

Needless to say. Usually it's a vital part of the story, so you definitely needed to say it!

Angry much? Bitch much? Who the fuck still says that?

Same difference. My boyfriend has picked up on this recently and it's really annoying!

Holy batman. That was cute the first 10x I read it.

"at this point in time", "Be that as it may" and other redundant phrases that I'm guessing people use to try and sound intellectual when there's a simple word that means the same damn thing.

Oh, and "like" - as in "I was like walking down the road and like I saw this like guy and I was like OMG he's so cute and like I couldn't stop like looking at him"

Quoting Mweddle:

"God doesn't give you more than you can handle."

"shouldn't have spread your legs."
