What are phrases you hate

It occurred to me today that 2 phrases I hate are

1. Stating a women spreads her legs. It just sounds gross

2. The word trash or trashy. It's just so over used on this site

I hate two commonly used phrases at work. One is trust the process, and the other one is It is what it is. I hate their f ing process.

"I was conversating..." - no you weren't. You were having a conversation.

I could go on and on...the baltimore area is horrible for this.

I know, right.....that is the all time worst. For some reason, my husband has just recently started saying it & its driving me nuts.
