What are phrases you hate

It occurred to me today that 2 phrases I hate are

1. Stating a women spreads her legs. It just sounds gross

2. The word trash or trashy. It's just so over used on this site

I hate when people say "hella"
Like that is hella cool. Drives me insane!

 I hate the phrases:

1. "My weight loss journey"

2. "I need to center myself" or "I need to find myself"

3. "I have a lot on my plate"

4. Any sentence using the word fragment "cray" instead of crazy. When people use this it doesn't surprise me the two syllable words are out of their comprehension.

YES! My BFF says this constantly, and always at the end of a snarky comment to me thinking the "just sayin" will smooth shit over.
