I don't know about "normal." Different strokes for different folks and all that. I don't think this is the look my DH is into, it's a bit much for him.

We love Coco! Not because of her looks (my husband is not into that look), but because she is funny, and a nice person.  

I would say your husband is wrong though, because she has been married for about ten years.
