My dd will be 16 months on the 13th. She is only 29 inches tall. She has not grown in height for almost 4 months! She has gained weight and is super smart! I just don't know why she is not getting taller? Please ease my mind!

I have no idea. My 10 month old is 30 inches so she seems small. I do think its fine if the growing slows down around then though.

You should talk to her pediatrician. Not a bunch of people you don't know on the interwebz.

I'm 5'0 lol dad is average at 5'11. He's just always been a big boy though. I don't think its worrisome but if it continues I would talk to your doctor.
