It is against the law for your employer to not give you a break. TAKE IT

I do get an hour break but I can take it when I want and eat in my office whenever I feel like it even if its not my "break"

By law we get two 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch (or an hour lunch, it depends on the shift you work).

I get an hour for lunch. If I didn't get my lunch break my union rep would be on my boss so quick...

It's likely against the law for them to not give you a break, slammed or not.

i worked in corporate, so if we were too busy we ate at our desks... but the times we did go to lunch we feasted...

2-3 hour lunches, bottles of wine, lunch for 4 usually ran about $400-500.

if we took an investor out for lunch, that was 4 hours at a min.

but there like i said would be days, where my assistant would take her lunch and bring me back something...

I have a ten minute break every three hours. I thought it was illegal for your boss not to give you an allotted time to have a break?
