The nurse said I am sorry to have to wake you but he needed to go home. Then the other office worked she is new said hmmmph it must be nice to sleep all day. I looked at her and said. Well I have to sleep some time as I work nights, so I can be here if my children need me. Have a nice day.

Yeah I go to sleep at 930 and get up at 330 then I go to work at 10 in that time I still have my kids and do all the house work and laundry when dh is home he helps but he works during the day. I work 4 days a week 2 of which are week days. I wish I didn't have to work nights but my kids being home with me when they are off of school makes it worth it.

I'm a step mom. Kid's at his mom's. I sleep until 1pm everyday. Go me!!!

I hate phone calls while I'm sleeping, especially to remind me of an appointment that is in a different part of the day! If I make an appointment at 4pm the next day, call me at 4pm the day before, not at 8am.

Are you sure you're awake right now? This sounds like the jumbled nonsense my husband says when he talks In his sleep.

I loved working nights, but its a whole other world that people don't get. You handled it much better than I would have.

I've been around. I went off for the weekend to babysit my Grands this week, though. I'm dogtired, but I had such a wonderful time spoiling those precious little angels.
