Not my kids but I did when I was little.
They did an allergy scratch test on my back.
It was weird.

Lots of questions, a few skin pricks on his back (only testing for one thing) and a very hard time keeping DS2 from touching the skin afterwards lol. I forget how long you have to wait after the skin prick but nothing can touch it. but with a toddler it felt like forever lol. The results came back after the wait (he wasnt allergic) and we talked a bit. My guy was more upset at being held down than the actual hurt of the needle.

Depends. Sometimes they have you schedule it for another day.

Scratch testing.

I don't know about the allergists in your area but around here they wouldn't scratch test my DD until she was 3 years old. I don't know why but they made us wait.

My DD was 3 and she didn't cry or scream. She said "OW" every time the pricked her but it is over pretty quick.

Yes.. not much happened. they went over a lot of info. My daughter was having insane hive reactions to something and we don't know what it was. I think it was something in the place we were living in. We just moved in when it started, we moved out and it stopped and hasn't happened again and that was over a year ago. Found out the apartment was full of mold in the walls and bathroom floor.. which is why we moved. Broke lease and took off. Dunno if that could be what was causing the reactions.
