Sorry your little one is sick, when dd was that age, I would get low sodium campbell's and make sure the chicken bits and noodles were strained out and feed her the broth slowly. I avoided dairy kf there was vomitting, and made sure she had plenty of water and a suction bulb for mucous.

If you're okay with the sodium levels in ramen, that is your call. I have fed them to dd but used half the seasoning packet because of the salt content. I didn't extend breast feed, so at 15 months, dd was on almond milk. I only avpid dairy when there is vomiting.
