Let's start at the beginning, last Monday I had to leave work early because I had a serve pain on left side. Went to the ER discovered I had a 7mm kidney stone and a blockage. On Friday I was able to see a urologist. This doctor decides to do emergancy surgery and puts a stint in my left kidney. Saturday I am in terrible pain, can hardly walk, and couldn't keep anything down. Sunday still them same things, my mom gets very worried so she takes me to the ER again, they say I have a UTI. Monday I see a different urologist from the same office, he decides to remove the stint ( waste of $1,000) and says I should have never had it in the first place. He claims my body rejected the stint. Now I have a infection in my kidney and bladder. I'm in more pain today then I was last week before the stint. I just want to feel better :( Vent over. Anyone ever have a kidney/bladder stint put in and/or removed?
