Hire an attorney

Do what your attorney says to do

Do not listen to your friends

Do not listen to your husband

Do not listen to your family

Listen to your attorney

A good lawyer, a job, car, therapist for the children if they would need it, a place to live of my own, and an emergency credit card.

There is no property. We're renters. We agree on everything down to CS and custody. The Divorce will be uncontested.
