It saves me about $40 on average every month.
That's a lot of money when you are broke.
So glad I have it.
Today I got:
3 gallons of milk
1 bottle of juice
2 loaves of bread
2 boxes of cereal
2 packages corn on the cob
1 bunch of bananas
and
1 jar of peanut butter.
That may not seem like a lot but that was around $32 for all that. I still have one coupon left with about 5 dollars worth of stuff on it so I just round it up to about $40.
How much does your Wic save you? I don't get formula anymore but I know it was hundreds when I did.
This is why I like WIC. You only can get "food" and not snacks and it only is a small amount per month. I can't imagine someone would go through the hassle of WIC unless they really needed it.
Glad you can save that $40 a month :)
Mine saves about the same. I don't get fornula anymore because my twins are now three but the milk is the one thing that we can always use in this house. They will not have a good day at school if they don't have a glass of milk first thing in the morning so WIC comes in handy just for that. LOL

My WIC saves me $0, but I'm glad yours helps you :) I think helping people eat is a good thing.
