Does your period make you feel absolutely exhausted? This is new for me in the past year or so, but every time AF comes for a visit for three days before & about 2 days into my period I feel like I haven't slept in years. I wonder if this is normal, maybe an age or number of kids thing? I dunno, it's better than my face totally breaking out I suppose. But man going to bed at 8 or 9 for 3-5 days kills me on my housework!!

When I had one, it did. My periods were so bad they made me severely anemic. Even taking almost a gram of iron a day didn't get my iron levels up to normal. After a hysterectomy, I feel great. If you have heavy periods, you may be anemic too.

This is me too.

Anemia sucks.

Yeah, I had zero energy when on my period. Would have slept all day if I could have.

I get one not too bad visit, then an excruciating one, respectfully.

Oh I never thought of that. They have been heavier than usual the past year. Hmmm something to consider! Thanks

I have been on the couch all day.

I also have a stupid headache that just won't go away.

That's exactly how I feel. Completely wiped out like I could just sleep & sleep & sleep.

I feel more tired than normal. I hate periods. They fucking blow nuts. I get really crabby, tired, I get a lot of acne, I have to deal with blood pouring out of my vagina for a week... a super plus sized tampon doesn't even hold it in. Argghhh. I joked to my boyfriend that next time I get my period I'm just going to wear depends. Lol. (or was I joking?)

Yes. Mine have always been like that. I've been on the pill since middle school because of my awful periods.
