my super gross dramatic omg confession

I pick my scalp until it bleeds.  I have scabs all over my head it is a good thing I have thick hair.  I rip off the scabs over and over until it is gone. And then I scratch and pull at any nbump or imperfection on my scalp until it  bleeds and start it all over.

Ive been doing it for 17 years, since I got chicken pox as a teen.

Changed the title.  Now maybe my real confession can compete with pee girl lol
