Exactly. The postal service has been unable to operate within budget for years. Closing thousands of branches did not help. Something must be cut WITHIN the USPS to get them under budget.

It has not been approved by Congress yet. So there is no guarantee that is going to happen. Congress is in recess still.

What! My mail carrier always makes jokes about how he has never come on this street and never not stop to deliver something, letters,packages, etc. Oh, well he won't have to now on Saturdays.

That's not how ABC news worded it. It will probably be passed.
My brother delivers mail and he is quite worried about it though.

What is with you guys and all the "this is just the beginning" shit? lol seriously, us canadians havent had mail on sat for as long as i can remember. it is not a big deal
