What's the easiest way to clean a glass pipe when you want to save the resin? Only ever had metal before and they are so much easier because you can take them apart.....

I use alcohol or very hot water.  Works every time.  Just take the bowl out, if you can.  Or scrape very carefully before you soak.

Boil it then strain your resin water with a coffee filter. Roll resin into a ball and let it dry.

You can use alcohol too it will evaporate leaving just the resin.

I save it as my rainy day stash. If I run out of bud or maybe can't spend money on it this week, I have that as a back up. I was also recently told that you can use it in edibles, bit I haven't looked into that yet.
