Is recognized in the dictionary these days, however I cannot get past believing that people who use this word are uneducated.

I loved when it was put in there so when people said it wasnt a word then I could say it was.
Now I know just because it is in the dictionary doesnt mean it should be a word!

I am from Texas and I have caught myself saying it a few times... I think to myself "oh gosh that sounds horrible" lol

Same here. I grew up with it but as an adult and as a parent I loathe it!
